Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders placed before 12pm UK time are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm UK time are shipped the following day.

Orders placed on the weekend, or a bank holiday are shipped on the following working weekday. 

UK Delivery:

We send all our parcels using Royal Mail 1st class 24h tracked. Once an order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking link that you can follow the status of your order. Royal Mail will attempt to deliver such parcels within 24hrs, however during busy period expect a delay of a day or two . 

Once an order leaves us (Southside Beard Co), we are not responsible for any delays or lost parcels as they are with the courier service. We have no control over this. The best possible solution is to contact Royal Mail for further info. In rare cases, we may decide through goodwill to send you a replacement free of charge by communicating this with you beforehand either via email or on our social media channels. This is an exception and not the norm. We (Southside Beard Co) reserve the right to not send you any replacement as the fault is with the courier and not us (Southside Beard Co).

USA/Canada:

We use Royal Mail International Tracked for all deliveries to the USA. Royal Mail give 6-7 business daytime frame but please allow extra time for your order to arrive. We charge a flat fee of £12 ( ~$17) for all deliveries to the US and £8 (~CAD $13) flat fees to Canada. This is what Royal Mail charges us and we do not add extra to that price.

EU Deliveries:

We currently DO NOT deliver to other European countries. Keep an eye out as we plan to do this very soon.

Any customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer and if due will have to be paid by the buyer on delivery.
